Profi'C Main
MenuThe Main Menu will include the Profi'C modules that you purchased. From this menu you can move to module specific selections. If for example you purchased the complete Profi'C Accounting System, the Main Menu will include:
System Utilities
File Maintenance
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
General Ledger
Fixed Assets
At startup and to begin using the Profi'C System you must first complete the File Maintenance Module. The File Maintenance Module ships standard with all Profi'C Systems and stores pertinent information about your Business, Customers, Prospects and Vendors. Additionally, some of the Profi'C modules contain their own File Maintenance files which are to be completed in their respective master files. Essentially the master files are where you will create and maintain your Profi'C Business System Data Base.
Special Note: Many different options within the Profi'C System may be password protected at user discretion.
